• Since our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days with videos & photos, and we will assist you.
• An unboxing video without any pause or cut is required to claim a return or refund.
• Custom orders and personalized pieces are non-refundable.
